From your company profile to a potential introduction.
Start with company-level information. DataRoyal gives you a preliminary profile summary, then reviews potential partner fit if you request a follow-up. An introduction is a separate step that you can accept or decline.

1. Describe your company
The assessment asks for your industry, employee range, operating history, systems, main operating country and working language. It does not connect to your software or ask for underlying records. A useful profile describes the organisation that produced the history and the environment in which work happened.
2. Read your preliminary summary
Your answers produce a summary in your browser before contact details are requested. It explains profile factors that may warrant a discussion. It does not inspect your files, confirm a buyer match or estimate a monetary value. You can stop after reading it.
3. Choose whether to request a review
If you would like a follow-up, provide your name, email and permission to contact you. Our partnerships team can clarify what history exists, which requirements might apply and who can make decisions for your company. Do not email sample records or credentials at this stage.
4. Consider an introduction
Where there is a potential fit, we discuss an introduction. Before proceeding, ask what information would be shared with the prospective partner. You can decline. An introduction is not acceptance of a licence or permission to access your systems.
5. Agree any review and commercial terms directly
Your company and the selected partner must agree what can be reviewed, any confidentiality and privacy safeguards, permitted uses, payment conditions and any continuing obligations. No commercial value is established by the profile alone. DataRoyal does not take custody of the underlying material.
Use the questions to ask before licensing as a discussion checklist.
