What you choose to share

The assessment asks for company-level details: company name, industry, size, operating history, systems, geography and language. The preliminary summary runs in your browser. Your profile, name, email address and request for contact are sent to DataRoyal only when you request a follow-up. Do not submit underlying business records or information about other people.

How we use your request

Dataroyal SuperIntelligence BV uses the information you submit to review your company profile, check potential partner requirements and respond to the follow-up you requested. Your permission to contact you is recorded with the request. It does not subscribe you to marketing. An introduction requires a separate conversation; submitting this form does not authorise a transfer of your business records.

Hosting and email delivery

Vercel hosts the website and submission function. Resend processes the submission email, which is delivered to our Microsoft 365 partnerships mailbox. That email contains the profile, contact details, consent and the page/button from which the assessment started. These providers may process technical logs needed to operate their services. We do not request your software credentials.

Optional website analytics

When configured, optional Google Analytics measures page visits and assessment actions only after you accept analytics. It uses cookies and processes technical information such as device details and IP addresses through Google's infrastructure. We send a public page path and an action name; we do not send assessment answers, names, email addresses or arbitrary URL query parameters. Declining analytics does not affect the assessment.

You can change your choice using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops further analytics collection from this website and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase data previously processed by Google. If analytics is not configured, no analytics tag loads.

Retention and your choices

We keep follow-up correspondence while handling your enquiry and any resulting business discussion, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations. You may withdraw your contact request and ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing. Contact partnerships@dataroyal.si. Where applicable, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

For an introduction, ask us what profile information would be shared and with whom before proceeding. Any later data review, transfer, licensing or privacy safeguards must be agreed directly between your company and its selected partner.
